Alternative recipe - equally quick and easy.

Fish marinade:
Haldi
Salt
Red chilli powder to taste
Marinade pieces of fish in this mixture.

Dry grind yellow mustard seeds to a fine powder. Mix in salt, red chilli powder, haldi and mustard oil. Can add ground fresh green chillis, or split green chillis with seeds removed, depending on the level of spice required. Add water to make a thin paste.
Layer the fish in a baking dish and spread the paste thickly over the fish, making sure the fish is coated all over with the paste. Sprinkle 1 tsp mustard oil over the fish and paste, and cover with aluminium foil.
Put this dish in a bigger dish with water, and bake/steam in oven for 25-30 minutes, till done.
