Spinach pepper jack cheese pinwheels

  • Make a dough of about a cup of self rising flour n salt n 1/4 tsp sugar n yogurt.....just use the thick part of yogurt...make a smooth dough n let it rest for a bit.....once the dough has rested for about half n hour or so then roll it out ....spread thick spinach purée over the rolled dough sprinkle some salt over the spread spinach purée...then sprinkle grated pepper jack cheese or any cheese you like over the entire rolled dough....now with your hands start shaping the entire thing into a long log by folding in the dough from one end keeping the filling inside...once the log is made, cut with a knife the entire log into an inch pieces....pick each piece and set it in a baking pan already lined with parchment...the way you set the piece is so that the layers of the piece face up....smoosh it lightly from top so it kinda flattens a bit.....set each piece side by side....brush all of them with melted butter n bake at 350 deg until golden brown
